ITSM EXPERT TEAM CERTIFICATIONS

The idea is to create an Expert Group in ITIL^® Lifecycle or Capability streams. Quickly!

Consider this; individuals take up to 5 years to achieve Expert designation in the ITIL^® Scheme. Of course, once they have this certification, their transferable set of skills is in great demand.But an Expert Team can be assembled from scratch within months. Indeed, many organizations already have what it takes to formt heir team, or require only a few gaps in training.

Each member of the team possesses a Foundation credit and one of the intermediate credits aligned to the same stream, either Lifecycle or Capability.

ITSM Expert Team certification was the idea of an LCS ATO. They presented it to LCS and together they all co-designed thes cheme. APMG, the ITIL^® Accreditor, has approved the ITSM Expert Team certification format. Today it is unique to LCS and unavailable through any other vendor or Examination Institute.
