Why There’s No ITSM Expert Team Syllabus

The work has been done already. No syllabus is required for either the ITSM Expert team Lifecycle or Capability certifications because we’re simply acknowledging existing collective/group expertise at an organizational level. Here are the certification requirements and parameters:

  1.  Certification is valid for one year.
  2.  There is an annual audit requirement.
  3. LifeCycle Team Requirements
    The following applies to at least 2 team members:
    1. each passed either the Foundation or Foundation Bridge exam
    2. each passed an intermediate course in the Lifecycle stream
    3. collectively, as a team,all five Lifecycle exams were awarded.
OR:
Capability Team Requirements
The following applies to at least 2 team members:
  1. each passed either the Foundation or Foundation Bridge exam
  2. each passed an intermediate course in the Capability stream
  3. collectively, as a team, all four Capability exams were awarded.
